Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your existing business number and simply forward it to Zenviq AI, or we can provide a new number if you prefer.
What happens if the AI can't answer a question?
Zenviq AI never guesses. If it doesn't know the answer, it tells the caller honestly and, where appropriate, offers to have the business follow up.
Can it transfer urgent calls to me?
Yes. You can set rules for when a call should be handed off directly to your real business number.
How many minutes are included?
Included minutes depend on your plan, from 40 minutes a month on Starter up to 3,000 minutes on Enterprise. Extra usage is billed per minute at your plan's rate.
Can I cancel anytime?
