1. Using Zenviq AI
By creating an account, you agree to use Zenviq AI's service to answer calls on behalf of your business in accordance with these terms.
2. Accounts and billing
Plans are billed monthly based on the plan selected. Usage beyond included minutes is billed at the per-minute rate listed on the Pricing page. You may cancel or change your plan at any time.
3. Acceptable use
- You will not use Zenviq AI to mislead callers about who or what they are speaking with.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide.
- You will not use the service for unlawful purposes.
4. Changes to the service
Zenviq AI may update features, pricing, or these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.
